Keto Meatloaf for 1

I started the keto diet. I hate the word "diet" but it's basically just low carb way of eating. From this point forward, I will do just about everything keto. I will need a weight scale and guesstimation. Pro tip on the unorthodox "1/5 tsp" that does NOT exist: Just do 1/4 tsp and then wipe with your finger a layer off to better resemble 1/5 tsp. These are just the calculations Carb Manager gave me when scaling down. Ingredients: 6.4 oz ground meat  2/5 tsp salt 1/5 tsp pepper 2/5 tsp ground mustard pinch of onion power  4/5 tsp paprika (just shave a layer or 2 from a regular 1 tsp) 1/5 caraway seeds 1 tbsp + 2 tsp parmesan fresh shredded.  1/2 tbsp ground flax seed  1 tbsp water Directions: Preheat oven 350 degrees F. In a small bowl or cup, mix ground flaxseed with the water. Set aside  at least 15 minutes to thicken (this is your egg substitute) Whip out that weight scale and weigh out 6.4 oz of ground meat.
