I created this blog to share small batch recipes that I personally use or intend to use. I give credit where available despite the potential of bloggers not being okay with sharing of recipes. Note that I am not a monetized blog anyway. I just want a personal digital collection at my disposal.
Also, I doubt my blog will get views anyway. I only curate to my personal tastes (not a whole ass website) and I will not share any known recipes that are behind a paywall. Actually, many people actually do share cookbook recipes! Which segues into another question: how does one constitute an original recipe? How do I know the particular recipe I stumbled on isn't just some doppelganger of the person who "originally" made it? It's a dilemma I'm sure as I have read through articles of celebrity chefs being accused of "recipe plagarism". It's a wild west out here.
Also, I won't steal pictures. Any food related pictures posted on this blog is a recipe I personally cooked and snapped a picture of. IDGAF about fancy pics.
