Yellow Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a mini bar pan or muffin cup. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt by using a small whisk or food processor. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, cream together the butter and sugar with a fork until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg yolks, then stir in the vanilla. Using a fork, beat in the flour mixture alternately with the milk, mixing just until incorporated. Pour batter into prepared pan of your choice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the top springs back when touched. Cool 15 minutes before turning out of pan.
