Potato Soup for 1

Image
I was nervous about trying out this recipe but it actually works! Just use a small pot. I used a 2qt pot. 1qt might be better.  Ingredients: 1 or 2 bacon strips 1/4 onion diced 1 tbsp flour 1 potato cut into small chunks cubed or triangles whateva  1 cup milk 1/4 cup chicken broth (or 1/4 tsp knorr chicken bouillon dissolved in 1/4 cup water) 1/8 Dried garlic mince 1/3 cup cheese shredded of your choice  1/3 cup sour cream (equal to 5tbsp +1tsp) Salt and pepper to taste 1. Fry bacon. Remove bacon. I used a sauce pan to fry it. I doubt it would be ideal to fry in a small pot but you can try if ya want.  2. In bacon fat, saute diced onions. 3. Once onions nicely golden, add flour and mix around about 1 minute more. 4. Add garlic, milk and chicken broth. 5. Still in the sauce pan I use the spatula to scrape up those yummy brown bits from the bacon from step 1. Once you do that carefully transfer to 2 qt pot. Use a ladle if it makes it easier for you. Definitely don't want

Lasagna for 1

Holy hell ain't this the cutest thing ever?! Here's how to make a mini lasagna for 2. Or if you're a fat fuck like me that loves huge portions, this could totally be a dish for one! Don't forget you can make side dishes for this too like stuffed mushrooms and mashed potatoes.  Dish used is a 5x5 square ceramic. First we need to make the marinara. If you want to be super duper fast at making this dish then used canned garbage Prego or some shit. I kid! But you can still use it if you want. No judge. Marinara gives lasagna some flavuh! 1/3 cup minced onions (or 50g) 1 garlic 7.5 oz tomatoes diced 1 tsp tomato paste 2 tsp Italian seasoning 1/3 tsp salt 1/3 tsp pepper 1/3 tsp sugar Meat optional (I intended in using frozen meatballs in here but I didn't have any. Still taste great!) Saute onions. When fragrant saute garlic for 30 seconds. Add diced tomatoes a few minutes until they break down a little. Doesn't take long. Add tomato paste, sugar, Italian

If you are looking for discovering new meals to add to your cooking, Copy Me That! This app lets you save unlimited meals copied from regular websites to your own collection for later. No more scrolling through annoying ass ads that slows down your page loads or reading through paragraphs of how they inherited their recipe from their coworker's cousin's roommate's ex husband's dog walker's sister in law. Like bruh I DON'T CARE. All you get is the recipe and the directions. You can discover new meals through the community tab where you see recipes others have publicly saved. You can also follow people too! I don't see any messaging option nor anything that would give the impression this is a social networking app which is totally not. I hope they never add this feature.  If you want to follow me then please create an account and CLICK HERE!!   I love this app. So much I caved in and bought the premium version.
